1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hush app or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use Hush.

2. Your licence to use Hush

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Hush on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app except where the law expressly permits it.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Hush offers optional paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed and billed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel yours in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant store according to its policy.

5. Not medical advice

Hush is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Its sleep estimates and insights are for general information only and are not a diagnosis. Do not rely on Hush for medical decisions — always consult a qualified healthcare professional about sleep or health concerns.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Hush, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Hush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hush Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Hush after changes means you accept them.
